WHITE TEA – Smooth, aromatic, rich in antioxidants. Very low caffeine.
FINE
White Peony – “Bai Mu Dan” | A light infusion of the fruity sweetness of white tea buds and a hint of almond.
Shou Mei | A Rich infusion of vanilla and bamboo.

SUPREME
Silver Needle | Subtle, bright and crisp, uses unopened tea buds.
Jasmine Silver Needle | Combined with aromatic jasmine, this floral delight is packed with antioxidants.

GREEN TEA  – Sweet, buttery, nutty grassy. refreshing and healthy. Low caffeine.

Sencha | Japan’s most popular tea, with a delicate sweetness and a mild astringency.
Genmaicha | Slightly nutty, with hints of vegetables, its palate cleansing taste is ideal between courses or after a meal.
Dragon Pearl Jasmine | Scented with fresh Jasmine flowers over the course of ten evenings, the thorough process creates an intense aroma and flavor that lasts through 5- 6 infusions.
Dragon Well – “Lung Jing” | Known for its green color, mellow taste, pleasant aroma and beautiful shape, it has a slightly sweet, fresh flavor and a lingering aftertaste.
Pi Lo Chun | Mildly sweet liquid, with a creaminess and fruitiness that is unique to this tea.
Huang Shan Mao Feng | The floral aroma of the leaves brews a crisp and lightly sweet tea, with a mild nuttiness and a clean finish.
Jasmine Mao Jian | With a hints of flora and a pronounced aroma of roasted walnuts, and the alluring scent of summer Jasmine blossoms.

SUPREME
Gyokuro | Meaning “Pearl Dew”, a prized Japanese tea with special handling, famous for its crisp, clean taste.
Drum Mountain Clouds and Mists -  “Gua Shan Yun Wu” | This tea is reminiscent of nectar with a rich finish and a lingering sweet aftertaste.
Monkey King – “Tai Ping Hou Kui” | A large leaved tea with a sweet, complex taste and a lasting finish, devoid of a bitter edge.
Melon Seeds – “Liu An Gua Pian” | Shaped like melon pieces, it is a mild, sweet, crisp green summer tea that is slightly smoky.

OOLONG TEA – Semi oxidized; rich, aromatic, invigorating. Moderate caffeine.

Silk Oolong Formosa | Light and sweet yet incredibly rich, with hints of passion fruit, mango and caramel.
Tung Ting | Has a natural floral aroma with hints of fresh orchids and gardenia in a pale green to light gold, crisp and smooth liquid.
Charcoal Roasted Tung Ting | A traditional roasting method using longan tree wood and charcoal resulting in this robust tea with a pronounced caramelized sweetness.
Roasted Twig | A medium roast tea, with delicate nutty, citrusy, and floral flavors. Extremely low in caffeine - an excellent bedtime treat after a tiring day.
Jade Kuan YIn | Mild and sweet, light green to golden in color, with a hint of spring blossoms and honey.
Ginseng Oolong | With hints of chocolate, caramel and licorice, a mild smoky flavor and spiciness, enhanced with the addition of sliced ginseng root.

SUPREME
Wenshan Baochong | Lightest oxidized Formosa Oolong, with fragrance.
Heirloom San Lin Xi | Golden floral tea with a hint of tropical fruit and sugar cane in sweet cream.
Alishan | Sweet and smooth, with a full body, rich finish, and a light grapefruit citrus flavor.
Anxi Iron Godess of Mercy – Monkey Picked | A robust tea, fire-roasted to retain the hearty flavor and aroma of traditional tea, and medium-oxidized to retain its sweetness.

EXCEPTIONAL, RARE, LIMITED
Aged Wenshan Baochong, 1982 | A very rare aged Oolong. This tea, with the aroma of plums, has the same sweet finish as high quality fresh Wenshan Baochong.

Wuyi Grand Scarlet Robe – “Dahongpao” | Floral sweetness, rich aroma, and a full and balanced range of flavors.

RED / BLACK TEA – Fully oxidized; malty, fully bodied, peppery. Higher caffeine.
FINE
Keemun | World-renowned Chinese black tea, and the original English Breakfast.
Lapsang Souchong | Smoked tea with a distinctive flavor. A favorite of coffee drinkers and the famous Sherlock Holmes.
Rose Black | A delightful tea with the fragrance and sweetness of rose petals.

SUPREME
Makaibari Estate 1st Flush Darjeeling *Organic | This is for the Darjeeling aficionados; harvested at high elevation in the Spring. Sharp, clear taste, with a slight astringency.

PU-ERH TEA – Fermented, aged; earthy and complex. Low caffeine.
FINE
Green Toucha | This is ideal for Pu-Erh beginners. Leans to the sweet side, but has characteristics similar to malt. Packed in 2002.
Pu-Erh Toucha | Pu-erh leaves, shaped into small bird’s nests. Crafted in 2004.

SUPREME
Emperor Pu-Erh | Lightly malty and rich - with a robust character that brings to mind earth after rain, dried leaves, tobacco and scotch.
Black River Mountain Pu-Erh | Dark, rich leaves, with earthy taste, processed near the Vietnam border.

EXCEPTIONAL, RARE, LIMITED
Aged Pu-Erh, 1997 | Crafted by the aboriginal people of Yunnan, the tea is a "sheng" or raw pu-erh - aged naturally, with time as the only catalyst transforming the tea from its nascent state as "mao cha" to its current light brown color.
