China is the birthplace of tea, where it was discovered by Emperor Shen Nung over 5,000 years ago. Today Chinese Green teas are known for their delicate and sometimes tangy flavor. They are rich in vitamin C and have proven health benefits.

Ku Day Ta hosted Lieutenant Commander, Wanda Kurtcu, a Professor of the Starfleet Academy, on Sunday the 28th of June. Kurtcu is the author of the episode “A Matter of Honor” written for Star Trek: The Next Generation! Her straight job is teaching Middle School computer applications and programming classes, however her universe of choice is Star Trek.
